Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fine Global HR recruitment platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Candidates may register to apply for job positions and manage their recruitment journey.
  • Clients (employers) may register to post demands, review candidates, and manage the hiring process.
  • Client registrations require verification and approval by Fine Global HR management.

4. Recruitment Services

Fine Global HR acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment or the suitability of any candidate. All employment relationships are between the candidate and the employer.

5. Job Postings & Applications

All job postings on the Platform are subject to availability and may be modified or removed at any time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.

6. Fees & Payments

Fine Global HR does not charge candidates any fee for job placement services. All service fees are borne by the employer as per the agreement between Fine Global HR and the client organization. Any attempt to charge candidates for job placement is strictly prohibited and should be reported immediately.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in profiles or applications.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system resources.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of Fine Global HR Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fine Global HR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India.
